Depending on the client and project, you may get the chance to manage small to medium scale projects under supervision.AS A PART OF THE CONSULTING TEAM AT CAPCO, THE PMO ANALYST WILLFacilitates the planning process including development of project plans and ongoing maintenance of these plans to ensure careful tracking of key milestones and deliverablesEnsures production of core project reports is completed to a high standard including status reports, RAID logs, change requests and project dashboardsIdentification and management of risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where required to ensure timely implementation of mitigating plansOwns the tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio and works closely with senior leaders to develop recommendations.
