Partner Service Advisor, Gurgaon, SAP Labs India POSITION Partner Service Advisor (PSA) for the Partner Business Services, under Partner Service Delivery (PSD) Team in India. The PSA is a core position in the PSD and Global Partner Organization (GPO). JOB DESCRIPTION : The “Partner Service Advisor” for Business Services is a highly responsible operations role that develops and maintains a personal and professional relationship with SAP’s Partner ecosystem. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : • Provide support to the Partners through the entire Partnership Lifecycle including but not limited to Program introductions, Partnership proposals etc furthermore interact with various SAP experts throughout the company. • Understand the partners' inquiries, identify available solutions, and translate those into information material that can be used with prospective and current partners. • Support in the various Operations process to SAP Ecosystem & Channels and contribute to SAP’s growth strategy. • Answering direct queries (email and chat) from partners regarding the administration and ongoing implementation of strategic partner programs • Providing accurate and timely responses to all partner queries • Preparing and distributing reporting information within SAP • Collating and presenting proposals to SAP on ways to improve each of the programs from a partner perspective • Collect predefined partner related data (e.g. types of partner/certification agreements, services subscribed etc) from SAP information systems (CRM/ISP/PRM) and maintain this information in a central repository. • Providing support to Internal PSD Teams in all locations to assist them to manage their ongoing relationship with partners PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND PREFERRED : • 1 – 5 years of professional experience in either of the following streams: • Operations/ Business Analyst in reputed IT Software Company • Program Management with Partner Helpdesk responsibilities EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : • Graduation in Computer Science/ Business Administration/Operations/IT with well-founded knowledge on performing complex analyses on mass of data. TECHNICAL & BUSINESS SKILLS : • Excellent experience with MS Excel / Word / Power Point or other spreadsheet programs. Proficiency in MS excel reporting functions is desired. • Proven Customer care/ Partner relationship management ability, working in a Helpdesk role is essential. • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, notably: o Can clearly articulate SAP value proposition in a Partner Program context o Capable of actively listening to Partners in order to understand the requirement and can accurately restate and respond to issues and concerns o Can play a trusted Supporting role to Partners • Experience on working with SAP systems would be a substantial benefit. • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of volume business processes on management & enablement side. • Business acumen – some experience in managing complex data, performing data analysis and business impact analysis on existing Business plans with ability to deliver on time and on quality. • Enthusiastic & pro-active, willing to take initiative and weave his/her way through complex organization structures. • Works effectively in a complex matrixes environment with virtual teams of high-level professionals. • Ability to program and manage with limited supervision. Ability to multi-task and manage expectations, timelines, resources and deliverables. • Fluent English – Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills. Knowledge of another European language will be an added advantage. • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data to develop data-based recommendations. • Able to develop content and messaging. • Skilled in interacting with partners and managing customer expectations. SOFT SKILLS : • Excellent interpersonal skills in managing networks with colleagues and partners from different countries. • Strong time management capabilities. • Strong coordination and planning capabilities. • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks. • Able to work across levels. • Highly self motivated and performance orientated. • Customer focused and service-oriented attitude. • Demonstrable strong team-working abilities. • Problem Analysis and problem resolution abilities. • Enthusiastic & pro-active, process-oriented person.
