- Identify, generate, propose, nurture and close sales opportunities in the Restaurant and Retail SaaS space.
-Generate Leads from F&B and retail outlet.
-Meet to the client on a regular interval and Propagate the concept of CRM, Loyalty Program, Customer retention and Marketing automation tool and generate interest to take up BINGAGE for their business.-To be in contact with the customers to understand their needs.
- Achieve the required quantity and quality of client call and outbound calls and cold emails to prospects and qualify them, thus converting enough new business to meet the monthly quota.
- Generate sales through cold/warm calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers.
- Utilize multiple resources such as email, phone, social selling and web tools to communicate and present company offerings to the prospective clients.
- Maintain and build CRM data to build a predictable sales model.
- Achieve and/or exceed the defined targets.
- Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize revenue, also give weekly forecasting.
-Ensure no dispute or issues remain unresolved for more than 10 days with any business associate.-Get information on competition activities, such as projects taken, prices, new products etc and keep the senior management informed of them.
