Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business and
technical requirements
• Integrate Odoo applications with third -party systems using REST APIs
• Build reports, dashboards, and workflows tailored to business operations
• Configure user access rights, security settings, and system automation
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and quality validation for all developed
solutions
• Collaborate with functional consultants, clients, and cross -functional teams
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and enhancement support
• Contribute to development standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of Odoo solutions
• Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Technical Skills Required
• Strong hands -on programming experience with
Python and the
Odoo Framework
• Working knowledge of
PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience customizing modules, creating reports, adjusting workflows, and
configuring access rights
• Familiarity with
Git and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Understanding of
Odoo.sh and Odoo SaaS environments
• Experience integrating Odoo with third -party applications and APIs
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ERP implementation best practices
• Prior experience working with Odoo versions
16, 17, 18, or 19
• Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities

• Proven background in end -to -end Odoo implementation
• Excellent analytical and problem -solving skills

• Ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams
