Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities : - Global Technical Support for Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay products (CRM products) - Understanding, Analyzing, and Fixing Product break-fix/Day 2 issues. - In the process of addressing/fixing customer issues ensure customers are delighted with the service experience. - Contribution towards knowledge base creation and improvement. Job Requirements : - 2 - 4 years of technical support experience, in any technology (Preferably in Salesforce / .Net/ Java) with knowledge on workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles and permission sets, validation rules, approval process etc. - Excellent communication and customer handling skills. - Extensive hands-on technical experience for support/operations and related skills - evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in timely manner. - Understanding and adherence to customer SLAs. - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. - Willingness to service our customers in shifts. - Willingness to learn new technologies and achieving higher technical skills. Educational Qualification : - Preferably BCA/MCA/BE IT/BE CS/MSC IT with good academic results. - Salesforce/Conga certification will be added advantage. Criteria : - Should have experience in interacting with International customers. - Should be interested to do nights - Should have application or Product support experience. - Should have excellent communication skills Additional details : Work Timings : 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM(For Male) 4 PM to 1 AM (For Female) The candidate will get shift allowance apart from CTC The candidate will work from home until our Ahmedabad office is open Interview Process : - Online Aptitude Test (50 Minutes) - Technical Round - Manager Round - Director Round - HR Round (ref:hirist.com)
