About this opportunity:
We're seeking a dynamic and efficient individual for the role of MS Delivery Manager at Ericsson. This pivotal position is both challenging and exciting, aimed at securing optimal delivery performance that aligns with our company's Business Case and BA MS Targets. As an MS Delivery Manager, your role will encompass ensuring superior service quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and minimal environmental impact, all in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreements and MS Delivery performance prerequisites.
What you will do:
Coordinate and optimize operational, financial, and customer satisfaction elements of MS Delivery in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Enhance the productivity and efficiency of the designated global or local center.
Oversee and report on the operational and financial performance of the Service Delivery Unit intended for specific customers.
Monitor and communicate overall performance metrics of the global or regional MS delivery organization to the Global Services Operations unit.
Enforce the adherence of the delivery units to the New MSTOP processes and Ericsson standard tools.
Confirm compliance with legal requirements, customer prerequisites and Ericsson internal procedures in aspects of occupational health and safety, and environment (EHS).
Initiate and orchestrate improvement plans to rectify performance deviations in alignment with the specified SLA.
Secure resource transition, services, and related activities to fulfill or expand the SLA scope.
Advocate for Continual Service Improvement and innovation initiatives by proactively working on financial and process enhancement in delivery units.
Identify delivery trends and performance issues to drive solutions that generate additional sales and bring them to the attention of appropriate governance personnel.
The skills you bring:
10+ years' experience in telecom and 5G project handling/ project management along with Automation exp.
Overall understanding of Automation.
ITSM Framework and Operational Reporting .
Risk Governance and Project Governance.
Environment Health And Safety Management System.
Continuous Improvement Process.
Financial structures for Service Delivery.
Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
