We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Windows Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical projects related to PowerShell coding and automation, SCCM/Intune, software delivery, and Group Policy. A deep knowledge of Active Directory is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:Lead technical projects involving PowerShell coding and automation, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Software Delivery:Manage software delivery processes using SCCM/Intune, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of applications.
Group Policy Management:Develop, implement, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to meet organizational needs.
Active Directory Management:Maintain and support the Active Directory environment, including user and group management, DNS, DHCP, and security policies.
Automation:Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaboration:Work closely with other IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to deliver high-quality solutions and support.
Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes, procedures, and configurations.
Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Microsoft Windows Engineer or similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong experience with SCCM/Intune for software delivery.
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, including DNS, DHCP, and security policies.
Expertise in Group Policy management and implementation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, Python).
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and hybrid cloud environments.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Azure Solutions Architect).
