- Clinical Development
Experience:
Strong experience, specifically with the Medidata Rave suite (preferably including back-end/DB experience).
- System Support:
Experience supporting systems and working with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).
- Python:
Intermediate knowledge (for RPA support and ad-hoc scripting).
- Java:
Basic knowledge (for JAR file authentication).
- Troubleshooting Analysis:
Advanced-expert skills.
- SQL:
Advanced-expert skills in querying and manipulation.
- Microsoft SQL Server:
Intermediate level in stored procedures development.
- API:
Intermediate level with REST web services.
Nice-to-Have
Skills:
- Data Visualization:
Tableau (intermediate level).
- Statistical Programming: SAS language (intermediate level).
