Thrillophilia is looking for an experienced, data-driven Content Marketing Manager. You will collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing & design team to create content that addresses the specific audience at specific areas of the funnel.

You will liaise with the rest of the marketing team to develop content distribution plans. You are someone who takes initiative, learns quickly and iterates effectively to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. We have built the basics in terms of web and social media presence, content marketing efforts with a few tools in place as well as marketing partnerships. You will amplify the impact of these existing efforts and create new innovative strategies to strengthen our inbound marketing capabilities.
Responsibilities

Create content that stays true to our overall messaging goal. Ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, the tone of voice and quality.
Create content pieces that move specific target audiences down the funnel
Maintain a calendar and ensure a healthy content cadence (including videos, blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Plan, share, promote and measure on social channels
Measuring the results of content marketing campaigns. Ability to understand content performance via web analytic tools for future iterations.
Helping to create a marketing strategy which supports and extends marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of experience. MBA is a plus
Social Media Marketing - Be up to date with all relevant social media platforms and leveraging them to expand the reach of the organizations digital activities
Analytics & Optimization - Experience with marketing automation tools, A/B testing, Google Analytics to measure the impact of content on the funnel
Creativity & Design - Have a creative mind to leverage different aspects of the product to ideate and create creative content and campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
Website and SEO - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Wordpress, and on-site/off-site SEO.
