About this opportunity:
The Manager –Tool Support and MIS is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the People management information systems. This role ensures timely and accurate reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will lead the Tool Support and MIS team to deliver actionable insights, optimize data processes, and maintain data integrity.
What you will do:
Lead and manage the tool development and up keep of existing tools, management reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
Develop, implement, and maintain MIS strategies aligned with business goals.
Design, build, and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across all reports and systems.
Manage SQL / SAP HANA data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics.
Provide training and support to business users on MIS tools and reports.
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are met.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data management and reporting.Coordinate with IT and software vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
The skills you bring:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in Tool development & MIS, data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
Proven experience automating process and drive efficiencyStrong knowledge of database management, SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, VBA).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus.
