ID: 207844Manager, Test Solutions Engineering As a Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, directional and overall management of your test engineering section. You will collaborate with other functional groups locally and/or globally to accomplish organizational and business objectives which include a continuous effort towards reducing test operations cycle time and cost, executing production priorities and strategies, sustaining and improving the key performance indices of the test engineering team through continuous improvement activities/projects. Responsibilities: Lead all product deliverables in an ownership model of work culture Work with a team of engineers for various non-volatile memory product lineup Maintain quality within the standards of code flow along with hands on debugging Be a champion of quality, lead with example, excellent coach or mentor, responsible for training, personnel development, performance management, feedback evaluation of direct reports Cross collaboration with global/internal teams to understand and implement various test, program, process improvements Excellent Project Management skills – Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement Manage lab equipment capacity, usage, output for different products Drive efficiency and use metrics to identify opportunities to increase productivity Sustain and improve the KPIs of the test engineering through continuous improvement activities / projects without any deviations, misses, excursions along with 100% quality & zero escapes Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs which include Test Time Reduction activities Exhibit leadership attributes such as customer driven mindset, effective planning, getting results, end to end ownership, effective communication, making lasting decisions, driving teamworks, building relationships, encouraging a global mindset, developing self and others Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering Skills: Overall total experience should be between 11 to 14 years . Minimum 5 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience Minimum 5 years as a lead or 2 years of direct management experience Prior exposure to coding standards such as C/C++/Python is required Good understanding of semiconductor physics is desirable Strong understanding of the test structure designs used in semiconductor manufacturing (frontend & backend) PMP certification is an added advantage Passion for perfection with strong organizational and program management skills Multi tasker with good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
