Job Role Related Content (Role specific)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management and optimization of IT solutions within the AOM ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
Lead and participate in daily operational meetings and alignment sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
Extensive experience in IT solution management, business analysis, and Pega Marketing projects.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in database management and cloud operations.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Pega Business Architect Certification and experience working on Pega Marketing projects.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of digital marketing enablement systems and best practices.
Familiarity with company's IT infrastructure and operational processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with business knowledge and execution of CDH components such as A/B testing, simulation testing, performance reports, and monitoring.
