_VOIS Centre Intro
* Demonstrates a good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience and advices the execution of IT Development plans through the provision of advice and execution of administrative activities;
* Effectively interacts with colleagues through development activities enabling achievement of the IT strategy;
* Supports the team to deliver activities related, but not limited to development activities in line with the business brief and SLAs, resolving application domain challenges across the critical systems (e.g. Billing, CRM and Provisioning);
* Supports the team for the evaluation of Request for Proposal (RFPs) in project delivery. Ensures solving problems, analysis and interpretation of differing situations in order to identify, search and select the best solution;
* Uses communication skills to exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way to provide technological support of demand management during concept and solution design phases and change requests;
* Maintains strong relations with relevant stakeholders, to include Architects, Solution Designers, project team and vendors;
* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
Job Role Related Content (Role specific)
Design, optimize, and mature the Decisioning Framework, including design principles, across multiple product, segment, and channel touchpoints, in the context of multiple offline and real-time data inputs.
Translate business briefs, change requests, and scenario requirements into omni-channel design briefs and decisioning tool configuration settings.
Create, run, monitor, and review marketing campaigns, responding to changing business priorities which may culminate in re-prioritizing offers.
Support the System Architects in running simulations to evaluate alternative scenarios in the decisioning tools.
Manage and maintain any propositions/treatment/product assets outside the Decisioning tool for import, as appropriate.
Assists in the Load and Performance Testing, identifying opportunities to optimize batch campaign run times and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for real-time channels.
Directs the Test Analyst in scenario set-up.
8-12 years of experience in decision management solutions and frameworks.
Strong understanding of Pega Platform, CDH, and related technologies.
Demonstrated knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall. SAFe Agile is a plus.
Experience with setup and execution of CDH components such as A/B testing, Simulation testing, performance reports, and monitoring.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Pega certification (CSA, CPDC, CPDS) and SAFe certifications are highly preferred.
