Manager, Financial Reporting

Responsibilities Prepare and review Icertis financial statements, including support schedules, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Monitor current accounting and regulatory developments with regards to current FASB pronouncements, SEC rules, and other standard setting organizations. Draft technical accounting memos in accordance with GAAP and provide guidance to the accounting and finance teams. Develop, maintain, and distribute Icertis accounting policies; consult with operations as appropriate in application of our policies. Train accounting and business personnel as needed. Help with the implementation of our Sarbanes-Oxley program. Review new contracts to ensure appropriate application of GAAP. Coordinate external audit and quarterly reviews, including implementation of new accounting policies. Required Skills and Qualifications B.A./B.S. in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of seven years of accounting experience CPA required Public Accounting experience required Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley monitoring required Ability to analyze and interpret accounting and financial issues and apply technical literature appropriately Requires knowledge of SEC regulatory reporting Ability to work effectively and independently while managing concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities. Must be able to multi-task.
