8 years of experience in finance operations, transformation, change management with SAP S/4 Hana Finance ERP product knowledge Expert knowledge of record to report, tax, performance management, opportunity to engage, source to pay Operational understanding of agile/scrum principles of project management, continuous improvement, process design, optimization, lean methodologies Excellent continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills Experience in working collaboratively across global functions, lead interdisciplinary ambitious teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels Who You'll Work With You will join our Waltham, U.S. or Gurgaon, India office as part of our global finance function. This function is responsible for accounting and financial management, audit, planning and analysis, controls and stewardship, insurance, tax and treasury. We have over 1000 colleagues globally with key centers in Chennai, Gurgaon, Poznan, Tampa and Waltham. You will join the recently established finance digital transformation team, a new function to help drive simplification, standardization, digital enablement and automation of end to processes with workflow design and technology as key enablers. You will work in a cross-functional set-up to bring diverse sets of capabilities as you align with the business users and operations to co-develop shared goals. As part of this team, you will prioritize an agile way of working and design thinking approaches as core components to our service delivery. What You'll Do You will work closely with stakeholders from finance, Technology & Digital function and other adjacent functions (e.g. our broader talent function, Optimize-purchasing, risk) to drive and enable end to end transformation across multiple functional areas. In this role, you will drive end to end workflow/process design with "fit to standard" approach and help functional workstreams (record to report, tax, performance management, opportunity to engage, source to pay) to set goals, achieve agreed outcomes and measure business value created by standardization, digitization and automation of workflows. You will partner with business stakeholders, technology and digital and finance systems teams to translate the user and process pain points using design thinking approaches – user research, user experience and journeys, ideate, iterate and prototype. As your capabilities develop, you will have an opportunity to expand/rotate into different functions across our finance portfolio (financial planning & analysis, accounting, line finance, etc.).
