As Manager/Sr. Manager - Finance cum Commercial, the incumbent takes total responsibility for complete financial and commercial operations and ensures maintenance of effective management and control of project-related costs and expenditures through regular monitoring and review of project accounting systems and processes. Responsibilities Commercial negotiations with parties. Prepares maintains MIS (monthly/quarterly/annual schedule) of reports. Monitor ensure the accurate maintenance of accounts for project works with monthly closing activities. Institute proper checks balances judicious control over the commercial planning and contracts to achieve cost control. Ensure appropriate voucher verification validation, accounting entries, PO verification, expenses allocation basis on a day to day basis andmonthly. Ensures reconciliation of ledgers to trial from time to time, analysis of ledgers and overall monitoring of expenses. Follows up for compliance of internal audit with all departmental heads. Assisting in conducting statutory audits, internal audit and tax audit. Scrutiny of GST calculation on monthly basis for airport and township. Ensure maintenance monthly tracker of various vendor liabilities booked and provisions required on a monthly basis. Performing variance analysis for major overheads.
