YOUR ROLE Manages all technical activities and projects in the plant.Implement technology strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality productsDelivers against technical performance KPIs.projectsSet up and executes development plans for production personnel, especially regarding training in Engineering and technology.Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirementsActs as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility. YOUR SKILLS BE – Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation with 10 years of experience.Experienced in project execution and management.Expert in utility maintenance e.g. Thermic fluid heaters, Steam boilers, Nitrogen generators, Chillers etc.- System orientation with creative approach like Kaizen, continuous improvements etc.- Team management, well versed with MS office applications.- Good in co-ordination and communication with cross functional team.
