You shall be responsible for company’s internal and external communications channels. This includes development of the strategy and execution of all major internal communications efforts to ensure that the employees are effectively informed about the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and go-to-market strategy in order to help keep our team engaged and performing against our goals. This role will serve as a partner across the organization to create alignment among key stakeholders and ensure communications form a cohesive narrative that informs, inspires and motivates the employees. You Executive Communications: Create the communication portfolios e.g. Presentations, executive memos, key messaging, media interactions, etc. Create alignment among executive leadership team around overall company narrative and how to tell it internally Storytelling: Mining, writing and disseminating out success stories across a variety of mediums: blogs, videos, social media posts, press releases, etc. Collaborating with and sharing content with Corporate Communications team and leaders. Managing internal Employee portals communication. Event Management: Developing the events strategy in collaboration with the leadership team and extended communication network Leading and/or supporting events, including but not limited to: conferences, tech shows, customer events, town halls, etc. Technology Branding: Developing and managing a robust technology branding strategy, incorporating industry awards and events Managing property list/inventory, as well as any supporting technology branding assets (key messages, photos, videos, etc.) Employer Branding: Developing and managing our “Brand” value proposition Develop and support key communications strategies and content for Talent Acquisition including key communications support and messaging for key TA programming Contribute to HR programs such as Recruiting; Diversity and Inclusion etc Participate in Hackathons, Codethons and arrange Tech Talks at our premises to create a buzzword around the industry. Internal Branding: On premises- Build internal communication to drive our hiring initiative. Focus will be driving communication, creating flyers, creating buzz in the organisation. Drive the insite program communication and focus on employee engagement initiatives. Socialise it on Vknow, VOX, external site wherever required. Help in building the “Synergy” Newsletter for India. What it takes to be eligible: Experience working directly with executives on crafting and delivering messages 10+ years of substantial cross-functional experience in communications with at least 5+ years with a focus on internal/employee communications. Proven success at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners Track record of influencing executive leadership team on high-stakes decisions Experience leading through change management at a company-wide level.
