Role purpose

An inspirational Manager with business acumen and strong influencing skills responsible for Billing Account and Tariff Management activities across COLT countries. He/She would be working closely with internal key stakeholders to ensure maintenance of Billing Master Data, Tariff Creation, Modification and Tariff Association processes.
Key accountabilities

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for Billing Account and Tariff Management
Responsible for Billing Master Data, Tariff Creation, Tariff Modification, Tariff Association processes for Standard and Bespoke Tariffs.
Responsible for improvements/enhancements
Responsible for people management of the team members
Day to day operational team performance and management
Ensure policies, SLAs & KPIs are adhered to
Monthly reviews and Business Metrics
Provide cover/support for team members
Setting and monitoring team and individual performance targets
Ensuring the KPIs and performance are regularly reviewed and monitored to maximise cash
Quality and governance initiatives to increase accuracy
Compliance with the current process design and specifications, process excellence and data quality principles
Initiate and influence improvements to policy and process
Ensure readiness of billing systems and processes to support new products, services and processes across Colt
Work closely with the peer group on improvements/automations within Billing and Cash Mgmt
Hire and retain talent in line with future requirements of the business

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following essential attributes:

Vast experience (min 10 years) of leading teams within Shared Service Centre environment
Fluent English.
Proven track record in Billing operations and Projects
Interconnect and Kenan experience preferred
Experience with billing system and process enhancements
Performance reviews and team management
Key Customer Account Relationships
Dispute Resolution
Decision making and accountability
Computer literate with knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar preferred
Possess good level of knowledge of Microsoft office suite i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
