Role description Role Summary • Training Roadmap execution for partner branch / s and Sales teams • Activity Mgt - Training, Joint Field and Sales Work for Sales Managers and Channel partners Geographic Area Covered: Specific Channel partner/s branch/s Stakeholders Internal: Sales teams, LPC, L & C External Partners: Bancassurance, BROCA, Credit Life SMD, CMG, DSF Key Result Areas • Training Roadmap execution for partner branch / s and Sales teams • Activity Mgt - Training, Joint Field and Sales Work for Sales Managers and Channel partners • Persistency and Product mix management at 80% • Self Development • MIS and reporting on trainings and activities undertaken and outcome thereof • Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
