We have a strong presence across our 7 offices – Gurgaon, Mumbai, Zurich, London, Berlin, New York and San Francisco.As a Manager - Analytics with the Blue Matter Team, you will work collaboratively with the leadership team to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals and deliver value through providing innovative and actionable solutions to our clients.Job Title: Manager - Analytics Location: GurgaonPrimary Responsibilities:Lead cross functional client facing teams, develop and execute project plans to support analytics-based consulting projects.Lead project planning and execution to produce high impact deliverables that establish and enhance long term client relationshipsContribute to BD and selling activities through identifying and pursuing BD opportunities, contributing to proposal development and RFP responsesGuide team members on their individual professional development and provide suitable opportunities as requiredSupport establishment of Blue Matter as an Analytics leader externallyLead development & dissemination of training content to continuously improve technical skills / practice area understanding of the teamIdentify and lead firm initiatives independently to contribute to firm building activitiesRequired Experience and SkillsAt least 7 years of work experience in Analytics or as a Consultant/ Sr. Consultant in analyticsExperience with leading and managing a teamAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel/SQL/Alteryx/R/PythonKnowledge of PowerPoint and visualization tools like Power BI & Tableau to represent insightsExcellent analytical and communication skills.Ability to work across global cross-office teams.
