Job ID: R0012531 Full/Part-Time: Full-time Regular/Temporary: Regular Listed: 2020-02-25 Location: Pune Position Overview Main Duties / Responsibilities Job Purpose Technology Leadership – Lead team of highly skilled Engineering staff (Perm and vendor) to deliver CSO approved solution in the areas of I&A specifically Privileged Access Management (PAM) in a project and/or program structure Compliance – Drive policy implementation and compliance to global CSO standards Audit and Regulatory Adherence – Drive risk management practices and facilitate audit deliverables Operational Risk - Drive delivery of service levels for Information Security, Compliance, Vulnerability Management and Threat Management Vendor Management – Enable and enforce governance of information technology service providers within large scale vendor engagements by monitoring and improving of overall contracts and services according to bank policies Responsibilities Expected to lead through application of clear strategy, operational planning, effective communication and stakeholder management. Support business performance through application of security focussed knowledge and experience while working in a time-critical, fast paced environment. Functional Impact Drive controlled changes and ensure committed deliverables are met in time as committed to senior leadership. Work closely with regional leads to ensure all required engineering deliverables are tracked in a timely manner Build collaborative relationships, define and articulate to stakeholders the targeted benefits for a change intervention Implement IT and IT security best practice in compliance with risk policies and governance frameworks in area of responsibility Regulatory & Risk Management Work closely with CSO functions globally and peers across business function to deliver sustainable results, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (risk, audit, government agencies, etc.) to understand the IT/Information security risk profile, monitor compliance with policies and standards and identify and address any global, regional or country specific requirements. Deliver Sustainable Outcomes Work closely with peers and partnered vendors to build and implement CSO aligned controls with the threat-landscape, risk-posture, architectural constraints, bank strategic direction and industry trends and best practices. Keep up to date with best practice and industry trends, applying it to drive performance Demonstrates and applies excellent business domain knowledge Generates a working environment in which innovation is encouraged and embedded into working practices. Manage expectations, results and impact of agreed outcomes, thinking ahead to identify and overcome potential issues Strategically develop and adopt innovative approaches to problem solving in order to gain performance and efficiency advantage, taking calculated, entrepreneurial risks to achieve security-aware, strategy aligned outcomes Governance/Stakeholder Demonstrates an understanding of business requirements by providing specialist input and knowledge and having a detailed understanding of the different short and long term shifts in information security Understands and interprets developments and changes in security and regulatory requirement and ensures the appropriate reaction and response through implementation of relevant solutions Strengthens stakeholder relationships and enhance key relationships Cultivate strong business relationships tailored approach while driving feasible expectation management towards internal stakeholders and sponsors Team Work and Leadership Actively promotes a learning culture, encouraging collaboration and cross-functional working to develop and nurture teams and identify and grow talent. Actively seek to engage a diverse group of stakeholders internally and externally to ensure adequate and expected deliverables Build effective communication channels to facilitate global working and encourage sustainable relationships beyond transactional levels to build better understanding of mutual benefits PART III SKILLS/EXPOSURE Skills / Exposure 15 years relevant working experience in Information Security within financial institutions Leadership and exposed responsibility in I&A engineering role for at least 5 years Well-versed in solution design, development and implementation pertaining to I&A lifecycle especially PAM, proven exposure to CyberArk seen as a benefit Expert level knowledge of common enterprise technology infrastructure, platforms and tooling, including; Windows, Linux, infrastructure management and networking hardware Getting things done attitude considering usual structures in large organizations work globally across regions and time zones with a broad range of cultures and technical capability in virtual teams Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and with executive levels. Relationship management skills Broad ITIL/best practice service context within a real-time distributed environment (ITIL v3 foundation desired) PART IV EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES Experience / Competencies Experience (recommended) 15 years relevant hands on experience in cyber security frameworks, standards and methodologies, specialised in PAM implementations Experience in IT in large corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function Experience of run-book execution Experience of engineering complex application and infrastructure domains SDLC best practice service context Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix structures Working knowledge of incident tracking tools (i.e. ServiceNow etc.) Education (recommended) Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent work experience or diploma) CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GCIA, GCIH or other related certifications seen as a benefit Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
