About this Opportunity:

The Lead Data Architect / Product Architect  is responsible to lead and be accountable for architecting the Data Product Framework, working with the Product Owner to ensure that the data products built are compliant with the Framework, guide architects and developers as necessary to be compliant, evolve the Framework as necessary to keep up with technology architecture and business needs, review and audit data products to ensure compliance to the framework as necessary, align the Framework with Enterprise Architecture, Data Office, other business areas and market areas as necessary

What you will do:

Define and document the data product framework, including standards, guidelines, and best practices. 
Ensure the framework supports modularity, reusability, and scalability across various business units.
Lead the architecture and design of data product framework to ensure consistency, interoperability, and alignment with organizational requirements.
Define and manage the lifecycle stages of data products, from inception to deprecation.
Develop monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track the performance and health of data products throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a liaison with the Target Architecture Review Board and Security Review Board to ensure alignment with broader architectural standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce development time for data products.
Assess and manage risks associated with data product development, including security, compliance, and operational risks.
Implement quality assurance processes, such as automated testing, validation checks, and compliance audits.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for the data product framework, actively promote the adoption of the framework to drive consistency and alignment across different teams and projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders using the framework.

The skills you bring:

Education: Bachelor of Engineer / master's in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum years of relevant experience:  15+ years in IT,  Data Warehouse / BI / Data Product Development / Analytics / Solution development on Cloud platform.
Hands-on development experience in creating Data Products or Data Warehouse solutions, with strong skills in Data Ingestion, Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Quality and Solution Design.
Experience of working on Process mining tools ( Celonis /QPR )
Analytical background and familiarity with evolving technology landscape such as Cloud/ Snowflake / Big Data / Containerization /BI Reporting Tools /SAP HANA is an added advantage
Excellent understanding of data quality measures
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Apache Airflow, Spark, Python, Bigdata, Snowflake
Last 3+ years experience in Spark, Python , Databricks, Azure , AWS , Snowflake development
Experience in data modelling ( Data vault is a plus ), knowledge in cloud-native architectures and best practices
Experience with Azure / AWS PaaS and IaaS offerings, experience working for Machine Learning Solutions is a plus
Exposure to cloud, Synapse , Kubernetes, Dockers, Python, Databricks , Spark, Hive, Kafka, Informatica, Tableau, Power BI, , Oracle, MS-SQL Server, Mongo DB, Teradata, PostgreSQL, ML algorithms, Deep learning.
