The opportunity:

To manage parallel L&D programs and initiatives across businesses striking a balance between short term and long term capability development priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct a monthly Talent Need Analysis to assess training needs of operational teams
Publish the monthly training calendar and training dashboard
Create content for behavioural and soft skills training as per the Talent Need Analysis
Check training efficacy on a regular basis
Maintain training documents and data for workshops conducted
Identify training needs for staff through a monthly Talent Need Analysis with HR Business Partners, Team Managers and BU head.
Utilize TNI to design and run capability development programs aligning with CACTUS competency framework and business priorities
Review programs performance with HRBPs in quarterly business reviews
Liaise with the internal L&D Operations, create a Learning Centre of Excellence (LCOE), to plan training sessions for staff and engage vendors for external training programs identified.
Focus on continuous improvement of training materials & methods, basis feedback from operations, trainers and trainees.
Review post training feedback to improve consecutive programs and to enhance the user experience with the organisation.
Deliver behavioural & soft skill training sessions for middle and junior management, as and when appropriate.
Track budgets, negotiate contracts, build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers.
Ensure training programs are conducted effectively and in alignment with training objectives
Publish the monthly training calendar and dashboard to all stakeholders

So how do we know thats you? You have the personality and the experience:

Bachelors degree in HR/Psychology/Sociology/ or related fields
Overall 8-12 years in Training / L&D related roles
Proficient in MS office suite, strong communication both verbal and written, good listening, understands the adult learning principles and has applied adult learning framework
Experience using Psychometric tools, Instruction Design and Facilitation skills is an added advantage
Experience of design learning content/ modules/ customized learning interventions, including e-learning courses, virtual learning courses
Ability to prioritize by identify more critical and less critical activities and assignments and adjust priorities when appropriate
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices and Virtual learning exposure
