Responsibilities: â?¢Manage inbound calls and customer service enquiries â?¢Identify and assess customerâ??s needs. â?¢Work with the team to resolve issues â?¢Conduct quality monitoring on voice calls and chats â?¢Follow up to ensure necessary actions are taken to resolve customer issues â?¢Maintain and prepare activity reports Requirements: â?¢Mandatory Skills/Experience- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Candidates must be willing to work in Voice process.
