Job Title:ITS Leader India BOS

Job Overview :

The ITS Leader India BOS is responsible for partnering with India Business Operations to enable and digitize critical Go To Market business processes for Sanofi India Sales ( 2500+ ), Marketing, Market Research, Supply Chain organizations.
The role is expected to drive end to end Business Transformation and ensure delivery of aligned Business Results leveraging technology innovations, implementing, supporting solutions like Customer Relationship Management, Sales Force Automation, Master Data Management, Event Management, Transparency, Market Access, Business Intelligence & Analytics.
Key Accountabilities :

Strategy & Planning
Define and align a Roadmap of capabilities that will be implemented to enable India Business Objectives.
Connect with Global Solution Centers to ensure India is included in Long Range Planning global roadmap
Responsible for Legacy application transformation and transition to Global Core Model Platforms.
Build business cases for implementation of tactical solutions where necessary keeping in mind the future roadmap.
Secure budgets, resources and align timelines collaborating strongly with multi functional India, regional and global teams.
Include all aligned initiatives into India Joint Business Plan and Project Portfolio.

Project management & Execution
Track program/project timelines, milestones, budgets, scope deliverables and business outcomes as per JBP and Project Portfolio.
Ensure that key performance indicators, success criteria are aligned with the desired outcomes.
Be accountable for the final deliveries and consistency of the program solutions

Lead, support and coach project members, partner resources in multicultural environment, possibly remotely.
Manage communications to India, regional and global stakeholders. Escalate and resolve Risks and Issues proactively.
Build, develop and grow business relationships proactively.

Solution design, build and delivery
Ensure in-depth technical understanding of all solutions, applications and end to end business processes so as to have the capability to propose system changes, process transformations to meet business requirements.
Evaluate new technologies, propose innovative solutions to deliver business objectives.
Ensure program/project compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and with internal recommendations and standards (quality, security, architecture, etc.)
Propose, Design and Manager support models, ensure delivery of aligned SLAs for Incident, Change, Request Management for the delivered solutions working with Sanofi's global support partners.

Requirements :

Academic background:Engineering ( Preferably Computer Science ), Post Graduation in Business Administration

Professional experience and knowledge:
Ability to coordinate, lead and manage implementation projects with remote team members
Excellent collaboration, teamwork, networking and good interpersonal relationships
High level of autonomy and strategic thinking
Dynamic and able to influence senior stakeholders in the organization
Experience in design and development of business applications solutions
Ability to lead team members, partner resources including remote leadership
7+ years of experience in IT, specifically with solutions design and systems implementation in multinational matrixed organizations ( Pharma / FMCG ) or with global IT Service Providers having Pharma clients.

Level of autonomy (low, medium, high):High

Major competencies and skills:

Project management experience, Trained on SAFe framework or at least knowledgeable on Agile methodology
Ability to work hands on with Databases (eg. SQL), BI Tools (eg. QlikSense, PowerBI), CRM (eg. MI, Veeva )
Demonstrated Business Transformation, Value creation
Vendor Management
Service Operations experience ITIL basic knowledge
