Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, from ideation to delivery.
Utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions.
Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration into existing systems.
Combine deep practical knowledge with strong analytical skills to optimize business processes and drive measurable outcomes.
Manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a Product/Program Manager, Digital Transformation or similar role.
Experience with low-code platforms like Appian, Celonis, and Tableau.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience working in a banking or regulatory environment required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Proven ability to manage large and diverse teams.
15+ years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
