Trend Research: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and bestpractices in interior design, incorporating innovative ideas into project designs.12. Client Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality designs that surpass aesthetic and functional requirements.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. Master's degreepreferred.2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) working as an Interior Designer, withdemonstrated expertise in leading design projects from concept to completion.3. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, andAdobe Creative Suite.4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire andmotivate team members.5. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for deliveringinnovative design solutions.6. Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standardsrelated to interior design.7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectivelyto meet deadlines.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing projectrequirements.9. Previous experience working directly with clients and external stakeholders,demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills.10. Professional certification in Interior Design (e.g., NCIDQ certification).2. Experience working in a multidisciplinary design firm or architectural firm.3.
