Position Summary
The IDMC Data Integration Developer leads technical delivery of data integration solutions, designing complex mappings, optimizing performance, and
mentoring junior team
members. This role requires hands-on expertise in CDI, CDQ, and CAI with the ability to work directly with clients and integrate with MDM SaaS implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
Design and develop complex ETL/ELT mappings with advanced transformations
Build enterprise Task Flows with error handling, restartability, and notifications
Configure Mass Ingestion for high-volume data loading
Implement change data capture (CDC) patterns
Develop MDM SaaS ingress/egress jobs using FEP Connector, Business Events
Perform job performance tuning and optimization
Support Power Center to CDI migration projects
Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
Design and implement comprehensive data quality rules
Configure address standardization and verification (Address Doctor)
Implement data deduplication and matching logic
Integrate DaaS services for data enrichment
Build data quality scorecards and monitoring
Cloud Application Integration (CAI)
Develop API-based integrations using CAI processes
Implement real-time event-driven patterns
Configure connectors for SaaS applications (Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
General
Lead technical work streams and coordinate with
cross-functional teams
Create technical design documents and mapping specifications
Conduct code reviews and mentor Associate consultants
Participate in client workshops and requirements sessions
Technical Skills Required
Required
Advanced CDI mapping development (Joiner, Aggregator, Router, custom functions)
Task Flow design with parallel execution, error handling, and recovery
Mass Ingestion configuration and optimization
CDQ profiling, rules, standardization, and deduplication
CAI process development and API integration
Secure Agent configuration and troubleshooting
Strong SQL and database skills
MDM SaaS integration (FEP Connector, Business Events, egress patterns)
Preferred
Power Center expertise (for migration projects)
Cloud data platforms:
Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Big Query
Python and PySpark for data engineering tasks
CDGC for data governance and lineage
CLAIRE AI features (Copilot, smart mapping)
AI/ML fundamentals and GenAI application awareness
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
4-8 years of experience in data integration with at least 2 years on IDMC or Power Center
Data Engineering Professional certification or CDI Developer certification
Hands-on experience
with at least one cloud data platform
Excellent
communication skills
for
client interaction
Preferred
CDQ Professional certification
Cloud certifications:
