The ideal candidate will handle ticket management, pager duty alerts, client interactions, staffing challenges, attrition control, roster management. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conducting Daily Stand-Up (DSU) meetings with clients and continuously brainstorming ways to automate and reduce L1 & L2 tickets.Requirements:- Salesforce Admin knowledge a must or should have completed trailhead by 50%.- Proven experience in ticket handling, pager duty alerts.- Ability to connect effectively with clients and manage staffing challenges.- Strong skills in controlling attrition and managing staff roster efficiently.- Proficiency in conducting Daily Stand-Up (DSU) meetings with clients.- Demonstrated ability to brainstorm and implement strategies for automating and reducing L1 & L2 tickets.- ITIL V3 Certified.- Prince 2 Certified is a plus but not mandatory.- PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.- Yellow Belt is a plus but not mandatory.- Knowledge of reducing Average Handling Time- Basic SQL scripting skills.- Have created SOPs & Workflow charts.- Good in delegating task & grooming team members- Proven experience on Automating tickets & reduce number L1 & L2 and bring more L3 tickets.
