Acting under direction of project leads, sets up a combination of various technologies to create a
complete customer solution. Test s and monitors solution to ensure proper implementation and customer
satisfaction. The position is responsible for delivering consulting, guidance and development support to
integrate Zebra Products and Solutions into customer applications.
Responsibilities:
• Designs, develops, and tests a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of
a larger project.
• Develops and tests documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation
requirements
• Reviews test results and perform root cause analyses to identify problems
• Issue validation during software release updates
• Communicate with US IS team, PMs, L2 Team, Engineering team and CLM team on
implementation projects
• Able to handle multiple projects independently.
• Should have ability of multitasking.
• Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
• Configuration and Validation support during configuration/validation phases of projects
• Contribute in creating Day in the Life business scenarios
• JIRA ticket triage through project dashboard
• Contribute in updating support handover document.
Qualifications:
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in an appropriate
engineering discipline required.

Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum of 8+ years of work experience or
5 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
