2. Find out prospective customers, dealers from internet by giving directions to juniors from time to time as per BUSINESS PLAN.
3. Acknowledge customer's enquiry as per the turnaround time defined by the company. Maintain records in CRM
4.Monitor closely all inquiries right from RFQ to SAMPLE - PILOT SERIES until COMMERCIAL production (SOD/SOE stage) stage is reached & effective handover to sales is completed. Escalate to higher authorities as & when required.
