I&C Engineer

Job Description I&C Engineer- Residential The I&C Engineer will ensure high quality, seamless execution of residential rooftop solar projects. This will require executing work in person at client sites as needed and overseeing and managing installers at multiple project locations. Finally, they will also assist with AMC/Service as needed. Location North India (specific location to be finalized) Reports to I&C Manager Compensation 3-5 LPA Travel Moderate Roles and responsibilities Assess and communicate site details accurately to design team Review and approve final design with site layout etc. Communicate these details accurately with the installer and ensure that Freyrs systems and processes are followed during installation Timely execution with zero errors across all residential project sites Provide after sales service support, as needed Maintaining of files and documents related to project execution for each client, including sign-offs of documents To provide with up-to-date weekly / fortnightly status report Requirements Mandatory Requirements Diploma/ITI / B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical) 1-3 years of experience in solar I&C assignments Knowledge of National Electrical Code, National Occupational standards (NOS) and standard design/construction practices Additional Requirements Ability to think critically, organize work assignments according to their priority, comfort in collaborating with various stakeholders, internal and external Passion for delivering high quality results and takes complete accountability of assignments.
