We are looking for a driven and technically competent HVAC Sales Executive to join our team and support the growth of our HVAC product portfolio, including chillers, air-handling units, and complete cooling solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of HVAC systems. You will be responsible for driving business development, nurturing client relationships, and identifying opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and new project opportunities.
Promote HVAC solutions—including chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, and other cooling technologies—to consultants, contractors, and end clients.
Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable equipment and system configurations.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as facility managers, project heads, procurement teams, and MEP consultants.
Manage the complete sales pipeline: lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure accurate sizing, costing, and solution design.
Maintain updated knowledge of HVAC standards, energy-efficient technologies, and industry advancements.
Track sales performance, maintain CRM data, and provide weekly reports on opportunities and conversions.
Support post-sales interactions to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HVAC sales, preferably with exposure to chillers and large cooling systems.
You understand HVAC fundamentals and feel confident discussing technical specifications with customers.
You are skilled in identifying customer needs and translating them into clear, tailored solutions.
You are proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing your sales pipeline independently.
You build trust easily and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, value-driven communication.
You enjoy a mix of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, and you are comfortable meeting customers onsite.
