Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels, Schedule and conduct shift meetings3. Responsible to meet corporate requirement goals the MNC BPO's of Industry4. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to achieve targets & goals, within specifications5. Operate within standard operating procedures ( SOPs ) and Job targets as Communicated by Supervisors.6.
