As the Operations and HR Specialist, you will work closely with and report to the company Director.

Roles & Responsibilities
?¢ Draws upon general HR Services and Operations knowledge to translate business needs into HR Services/Operations solutions, which are delivered, to a small-size contained team.
?¢ Provides day-to-day, first-level supervision in the adoption/implementation, execution and maintenance HR Services and Operations metrics
?¢ Identifying and implementing opportunities that increase efficiency, decrease cost, reduce waste and increase quality.
