We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are ready to associate / work remotely to learn and get trained on the recruitment operations under the 3 months internship program at Samyojak Consultancy Services.
Responsibilities
Sourcing applications for job vacancies.
Screening of resumes and drafting Job Roles.
Evaluate candidate profiles against job specifications.
Coordinate with candidates for additional info/details as needed.
Process candidate profiles, plan and schedule interviews with candidates.
Create and publish job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
Update internal databases with candidate details and employment forms.
Coordinate with Clients / Employers for facilitating the recruitment.
Collaboration with the team for completing recruitment projects.
Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
Assist in organizing career fairs and special events.
Reporting daily, weekly and monthly activities.
Requirements
Graduates in any field with keen interest in Human Resources.
Working knowledge of MS Office and web based applications.
Knowledge of social media services and online platforms for professional communities.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work remotely.
Strong work ethics.
Location : Goa, Ratnagiri, Karwar and Belgavi.
