Job Role: HR Admin

Location: Kolkata

Job Description:

Process client’s queries (via phone, chat and case management system)

Process HR transactions (e.g. joiners/leavers, time and attendance, right to work etc)

Process movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests;

Answer client’s calls and emails;

Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;

Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan;

Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams;

Manage the assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan;

Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes

Liaison with vendors and multiple stake holders

Reporting errors and issues to the Team leader on time

Ensuring quality and timeliness of work

Focused, diligent, high on quality and timeliness are the basic requirements for the role.

Reporting data for personal performance and maintaining personal tracker

Skills Require:

– 3-4 years experience of managing employee life cycle activities like hiring, promotion, transfer, exit etc;

– System data entry experience (
SAP/Workday/Peoplesoft / SuccessFactors etc
) – any one mandatory

– Experience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look up

– Good working knowledge of MS Office

– Excellent job organization and time management skills

– Attention to details and very good analytical skills;

– Good communication skills
