Gtm Product Manager

Engagement with IBM Business partners and Global System integrators                 Define Enablement & Marketing scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with management, project sponsors, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders.Lead the Enablement execution and delivery, while also helping stakeholder teams align enablement with the overall project vision.Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path items, and project risks for Enablement programs.Plan, schedule, and track Enablement status, timelines and milestones.Develop and deliver progress reports to management and other stakeholder including issue/action item logs, status, and risks.Conduct post-enablement reviews and make recommendations for continuous excellence in enablement execution and delivery.Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the program.Develop and advocate best practices and tools for Enablement execution and management.
