India e-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

The India e-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager reports to the India Marketing Leader and is responsible for planning and activating marketing plans for e-commerce platforms and digital media for Consumer & Component business segments.

Essential Job Functions:

Develop complete go to market (GTM) plan for existing and new product launches for e-commerce channel and digital/social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, AMD authorized marketing agencies, and directly with partners, to deliver & execute GTM plans.
Plan and manage marketing budgets for the business segments and measuring ROIs
Coordinate with agencies for execution of campaigns and design material
Work in co-ordination with sales team to analyze sales performance trends and acting proactively to increase our market segment and conversion rate by deploying appropriate digital campaigns.
Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, display advertising campaigns and lead gen programs.
Developing specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer engagement
Managing and improving online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Create strategies for product wise online spend on search and other key channels like display ads
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for paid marketing campaigns, use precision marketing techniques.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and staying up-to-date with digital technology developments
Develop schedules, track progress and provide quality assurance and control of projects
Produce debriefs on campaigns including delivering regular reports and ROI calculation

Experience and Knowledge Required:

Professional with 8 years relevant work experience in the Semi-conductor, CE or IT marketing (either corporate or agency background)
Prior experience in E-commerce, and proven track record in digital marketing will be given a preference
Must have knowledge of SEO tools, blogs, online publications, experience in Digital Marketing domain, preferably Google Ads and/or SEO
Good understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data, knowledge of performance media platforms and tools including, Google Ad, GDN, DBM, website optimization tools / Google Analytics etc.
Passion for storytelling that leads to creating and defining authentic messages for diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills & keen eye for detail
Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital marketing - SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Confident user of Microsoft Office suit with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint
Project management experience working directly with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Ability to work individually or as part of a team
The candidate will need to demonstrate drive, ambition and be self-motivated

The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented specialist with strong project management skills, able to build relationships, work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and manage and report on projects.
