Position Purpose

The successful candidate will work with stakeholders globally and be responsible for tracking and reporting of migration projects across multiple locations. The nature of projects is primarily migration of business processes across global delivery locations and manages change to business processes and procedures. The role will entail senior stakeholder reporting, creating project documentation, execution, coordination, identifying risk, tracking and reporting for various projects.
Main Job functions/Responsibilities

Manage Pipeline transition reporting including escalations and issues/risk management for near shore or offshored global delivery center (GDC).
Plan and manage due diligence or assessment study to identify scope of activities to be transitioned.
Identify resource and infrastructural requirements and resource capacity for specific GDC to support seamless capacity management.
Liaise with internal and external - client stakeholders to effectively manage execution of migrations within stipulated scope, cost and timelines.
Own completion of all tollgate deliverables
Identify key risks, mitigation plan and owners, categorize and prioritize & agree on mitigation/action plan
Engage & Communicate: Engage Right stakeholders to raise risk, report & proactively communicate
Schedule periodic status calls and prepare status reports and roll out in a timely manner
Identifies and manages change in transition scope, timeline and budget
Effectively manage, coordinate and conduct meetings/conference calls
Maintain and report meeting minutes
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Finance preferred
Professional experience and personal characteristics:
Overall 8 years’ experience with 2 to 4 years of core experience of managing Transition/Migration of business processes from client/onshore to offshore and outsourced delivery center
Experience in fund administration transition, is desirable
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II), is a plus
Ability to travel extensively on business requirement, as required
Should be willing to relocate or work out of different global delivery locations, as required
Key competencies:
Manage migration reporting and tracking
Positive, proactive and professional attitude with proven written and oral communication and presentation skills
High computer literacy and aptitude
Proficient with MS Office suite (Project, Visio, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
Ability to work with a team, who can also work independently with minimum supervision
