World-leading approaches in finance are fundamental to our success. Our Financial Analysis team has a broad and important responsibility. We rely on our analysts to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for planning and control. Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities

Project manage BI and Analytics projects related to WCS/Terms, build global repository to accurately represent WCS/Terms portfolio
Develop BI dashboards and key analysis for the Customer & Financial Services organization
New Idea generation in collaboration with stakeholders
Working with Data science team to build automation solutions
Share/Present rules to business teams to influence the change. Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, and solution and progress report to partners.
Deliver Optimum Analytical Solutions using data, business context, tools & techniques along with relevant cost benefit analysis
Ensure timely delivery of all reports/ Adhoc analysis for the business on a regular basis.
Work with segment managers to deep dive on business performance, and deliver presentations/ assessments of respective areas
Create and maintain various tools and models in order to report and facilitate decision making on business performance
Provide executive decks for updates on projects/ adhoc analysis
Proactively communicate with business counterparts on progress, ensure 100 PERCENT data accuracy in each opportunity
Identify opportunities for partners to make significant business impact (business cases, partner conversion) through projects
Convert complex business needs to multiple parts which can be managed, tracked & delivered
Coach/Mentor coach junior colleagues

Essential Requirements

Post-Graduation in Mgmt. / Statistics / Ops Research / Business Analysis / equivalent from a premier institute. Engineering background desirable
Relevant work experience over 8 to 10 years as Business Analyst / Reporting Lead
Expert knowledge in building Enterprise/Performance Dashboards for executive consumption
Expert working knowledge of MSBI, Teradata, SSIS, SSAS, Tableau, PowerBI, DAX, MDX
Sound knowledge of Dell Sales Dataset desirable FDM/BMS/Teradata/BDL
Strong drive for results with ability to communicate to all levels within an organization
Analytical skills & Problem-Solving Ability with excellent understanding of Statistical Concepts & Tools
Experience / Formal Training in project management techniques / quality management would be an added advantage
Be comfortable to lead & drive engagement with remote partners & their teams
