Finance Controller

Description
The primary function of this position is to support in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis as well as support the Supply Chain Team in projects, business partnering and driving value through data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparation of Supply Chain Entities management reports, scorecards and KPIs
Preparation of budgets and forecasts for Supply Chain Entities
Financial management reporting and variance analysis
Business partnering the Supply Chain team
Supporting the Supply Chain team on Supply Chain projects
Streamlining of operational processes
Driving productivity through data analysis
Reconciliation & preparation of total APAC Supply Chain annual budget & monthly actual/HCs reporting
Be the focal person to support the establishment & delivery of supply chain KPIs

(30%) Provide solutions on streamlining process and value add during projects Independence of Action and Accountability
(25%) Work independently, as well as with the Global Supply Chain Finance team and the Regional Supply Chain Team Budget Responsibility

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Degree holder in Accountancy, preferably a certified CPA.
Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with background in accounting and audit or previous financial analysis experience in an MNC.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Methodical and strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and perform under pressure.
Ability to travel and interact with diverse stakeholders.
