Job Description: Key Responsibilities: 1Ensure reporting compliance with all group deadlines on a weekly, monthly and annual basis across MEAP region. As part of this process develop, analyse and interpret statistical and accounting information, and appraise profitability and performance against budget for the region and per country. At all times ensure MEAP region maintains a high standard of reporting in line with group policies and procedures. 2Maintain detailed financial planning models (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash flow) to provide an updated monthly forecast and budget view based on actual results achieved and the view of the business moving forward. Review the existing Forecast & Budget process and develop a more effective financial planning tool to allow more efficient update of changes. Develop tools and reporting templates in Excel and other systems to assist countries in the process of financial planning and reporting. 3Key Co-ordinator of the annual budgeting process ensuring all information is received by the due date and all queries are addressed in a timely manner. Ensure budget is correctly uploaded in HFM and all movements from actual are supported. Lead management of capital expenditures for the region including preparation and analysis of Capex business cases, investment proposals, return analysis, approval process and forecasting of expenditures and implement post investment reviews to ensure economic returns are delivered as per initial plan. 4Assist corporate tax process ensuring internal reporting requirements are met 5Assist with group financial statement preparation. 6Provide necessary training to in-country staff in areas of HFM/Qlikview and other reporting tools. 7Adhoc duties and other reports as per country, regional and group management requirements. Requirements: Qualifications: â?¢CPA/CA/ACCA Certification is required. Experience: â?¢Minimum of 5 yearsâ?? experience in a similar role. â?¢Experience in ERP (Navision)/HFM/Qlikview/Adaptive desirable but not essential â?¢Head office and Multinational company exposure â?¢Downstream experience within Petroleum industry is an advantage Skills : â?¢Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and powerpoint â?¢Strong understanding of IFRS and Accounting Standards. â?¢Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. â?¢Well-developed organisational skills. â?¢Strong financial, technical and analytical skills.  Competencies:  â?¢Critical thinking abilities and team orientation. â?¢Excellent attention to detail â?¢Effectively interface with all levels of organisation. â?¢Think strategically. â?¢Handle multiple priorities in fast changing and pressurised environment. â?¢Fast paced environment Assist the regional Controller in developing and implementing reporting policies, programs, and systems to control the companyâ??s financial assets and provide complete and accurate financial information and records Skills: CPA,ACCA,CA,Financial Analyst,Finance Analyst,ERP,HFM,QlikView,financial planning models, financial planning tool , Experience: 3-5 Years
