You will perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities. You will perform converting designs criteria and performance analysis, traffic analysis task conversions in Automated Solutions. You will ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration You will perform for site surveys to determine RF equipment location and antenna orientation logic deployment in Automations. You will provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics. You will carry out drive testing activities to collect network data. You will provide post processing analysis of the drive data. You will provide site candidate evaluations. You will get a chance to utilize your post optimization knowledge to convert into efficient automation queries All you need is 6 - 10 years of exp on: Experience in RF wireless design engineering for a telecommunications system 2. Must have experience in mobile radio propagation aspects through work on at least one of the following technologies – GSM/GPRS, CDMA/1xRTT, UMTS, EVDO or HSPA or LTE and LTE Adv Pro., 5G Knowledge is point 3. Must have working experience on at least two of the following equipment manufacturers - Huawei Ericsson, Nortel, Nokia, Siemens, Motorola, Alcatel Lucent 4. A knowledge of Optimization tools and Automation experience in RF optimization day to daytask is helpful Key responsibilities Performs RF network design, planning and optimization activities. Performs link budget analysis, design criteria and traffic analysis. Ensures data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration. Carries out area and site surveys to identify RF equipment location and antenna orientation. Provides network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics. Performs network tuning using parameter optimization. Responsible for technical knowledge transfer to client/customer, as required. Performs frequency and PSC planning and/or PN planning as well as co-channel and adjacent channel interference testing and analysis. Undertakes NW performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks and BSS parameter modifications. SQL/database exposure to extract and analysis.
