- Generating Leads through different sources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have customer focus and user oriented approach.
- Understand the market, competition and the customer.
- Should be capable of understanding the customer requirements.
- Site visit arrangement.
- Regular follow up the customer.
- Should be able to take the prospective buyers to property (location) and close the deal.
- Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.
