We are currently seeking a Enterprise Architecture Advisor - Service Desk to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
>5 years of Service Desk Operations experience
Experience of managing end point tools - Nexthink / 1E Tachyon / Systrack
Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool.
Act as a liaison between the vendor and our client
Experience in identifying, implementing and driving automation initiatives
