Job Description : Knowledge in Intune, SCCM, Vulnerability tools like Qualys/Tenable/Rapid7/Nessus Experience in Windows and Networking Good Understanding of Services like DNS, DHCP, IIS and FTP Good troubleshooting skills Responsible for supporting multiple deployments and delivering quality support to end users Can learn and comprehend different components of technology Prior experience in interacting with Global customers Good planning skills and the ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours. Must be ready to work 24/7 based on the requirement.
