Electronics Engineer-Manufacturing

Mission:

The mission of the Hardware Engineer is to understand the support requirements related to a 75F products Manufacturing & Quality RCA process and execute the same.
Outcomes:

Responsible for overall understand the 75F products In-depth Technical details and Manufacturing Process.
Responsible for testing of 75F products and Identify the Test coverage and Test escape Gaps by conducting DFT, DFM, DFE and other Quality standards study.
Will be coordinating with cross functional teams like Firmware, Mechanical and Hardware team in understanding, performing tests and validate overall the product Test coverage and Test automation.
Responsible for HW lab maintenance.
Will be responsible for R&D soldering requirements
Shall perform P-spice simulations to verify the expected working of circuits.
Responsible for making hardware test fixtures and their wiring.
Guide and work as the team to arrive RCA process of the issues and then PASS on to the respective Firmware, Hardware, Software and Design team for further analysis.

And the following Skills & Experience:

BE/Diploma and minimum of 8+ years' experience in Electronics Manufacturing with End-to-End knowledge and hands on experience.
Good soldering skills.
Should be fluent in operating Lab equipment like Digital storage oscilloscope, multimeters, RF spectrum analyzer etc.
Knowledge of analog and digital hardware and able to read and understand schematics/layout/Gerber files and Overall products integration and Testing.
Experience in testing of RF protocols like Zigbee, Bluetooth and 900 MHz mesh network is good to have.
Previous HVAC/controls experience is a big plus.
