- Responsible for overall financial performance and quality standards of the center
- Responsible to meet the operational & financial targets of the center (1000X300=30)
- Responsible for people management and development of center employees
- Responsible for the recruitment & training of the center team
- Drives profitability and operational activities in the center
Job Description
- Take full and sole accountability for the center P&L
- Design and implement center operational and marketing plan aligned with the regional priorities
- Ensure effective center operations and unite team under common goal to make the center profitable
- Build business partner network
- Own center-level decision-making of all people issues, financial decisions, resources and other matters
- Manage development plan of center team, ensure high employee engagement and support achieving their goals
- Responsible for maintaining infrastructure at the center
- Tie-ups with schools and colleges for EmployBridge at the center
- Plan the Human Resources in the center in order to achieve optimum utilization and productivity
